Werkt De Graaf in mijn omgeving?
Wij werken in een straal van circa 20 km rondom Breda. Van Etten-Leur en Roosendaal tot Tilburg Reeshof en Oosterhout, en net over de Belgische grens. Bekijk de werkgebied-pagina voor het volledige overzicht.
Hoe lang duurt het van offerte tot oplevering?
Een eenvoudige overkapping plaatsen wij doorgaans 4 tot 6 weken na opdracht. Voor een sleutelklaar tuinverblijf of tuinkamer rekent u op 8 tot 12 weken, inclusief vergunningstraject indien nodig.
Werken jullie met onderaannemers?
Nee. Onze eigen vakmensen verzorgen het complete project, van fundering tot oplevering. Dat geeft één aanspreekpunt en consistente kwaliteit van begin tot eind.
Krijg ik een vaste prijs vooraf?
Ja. Na een gesprek aan huis ontvangt u een heldere offerte met materialenlijst en vaste prijs. Geen meerwerk, behalve als u zelf een wijziging vraagt.
Wat is de garantie op constructie en montage?
Op onze constructie en montage geven wij standaard 5 jaar garantie. Op materialen geldt de garantie van de leverancier. Wij blijven ook na oplevering bereikbaar voor onderhoudsvragen.
