How long does it take from quote to completion?
An average garden build is finished within 1 to 3 weeks once we start; a straightforward garden roof is usually installed 4 to 6 weeks after you place the order. For a turnkey garden retreat, allow 8 to 12 weeks, including the permit process where needed.
Do you work with subcontractors?
No. Our own craftsmen handle the complete project, from foundation to handover. That means one point of contact and consistent quality from start to finish.
Do I get a fixed price up front?
Yes. After a consultation at your home you receive a clear quote with a materials list and a fixed price. No surprise extras, unless you request a change yourself.
What is the warranty on structure and installation?
We give a standard 5-year warranty on our structures and installation. Materials carry the supplier's warranty. We also remain available for maintenance questions after handover.
